Caregiver contacts, saved plans, Screen Time selections, and notification preferences live only on your device.
When you opt to email or text your care team, messages are sent through services you configure. We never store or reuse them.

If a Mood Disorder Questionnaire (MDQ) result meets the criteria for possible mania, the app generates a PDF summary on-device. If you have configured your mental health team email webhook, that PDF is sent directly to them. We do not keep a copy.
We rely on the protections built into iOS and Android for local secure storage. If you use a webhook, choose a provider you trust and safeguard any credentials.
We may revise this policy as Let’s Pause evolves. Updates will be posted in the app and on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
